Every large company brags about its superior grasp of the concepts of work-life balance. In my experience, very few actually achieve it. To be fair, though, it’s not really the company’s job to achieve a work-life balance. The harsh truth; I’m missing out by spending too much time at work, is hard to stomach. Companies don’t want you to find balance, but it’s there.
