In fact, more than 90% of people stated feeling happier at their jobs when they have more control over their work hours and the opportunity to work remotely with about 61% of workers considering switching jobs if they are able to work from home.

In recent years, there have been particular occupations that have grown quickly and are predicted to continuously grow at a fast pace for the next few years. For example, home health aides are expected to add 924,000 new jobs by 2031 with a median annual salary of $29,430. Restaurant cooks are also predicted to add at least 459,900 new jobs by 2031 with a median annual salary of $39,010. Software developers come next with about 370,600 new jobs added to the job market within 10 years with an appealing median annual salary of $120,730.
