This post explains a way to enhance the user experience by overlaying a chat view on top of a fullscreen video. The nice thing about the `<video>` tag in HTML is that it allows users to go fullscreen by clicking the button in the native browser control. But, sometimes our requirements call for a more custom view that includes additional view elements.
